We offer flexibility within the role to support your change in circumstances. Full UK Driving license and access is essential due to the nature of our clients. Living local to Ruislip and Harrow would be a benefit. Our CAREGiver's are what drives our success. Visiting regular clients and building strong relationships with minimum 1 hour visits, introductions to all new clients and in house training program to set you off, with an opportunity of achieving the Care Certificate within your first 12 weeks. We currently have CAREGiver vacancies to join our growing team: * COMPANIONSHIP - PERSONAL CARE - HOME HELP * 9.50 - 11.50 per hour, plus mileage * No experience needed * Your clients will be local to you - so no long commutes! * Client visits are minimum of 1 hour so no rushing! * Regular clients at regular time * You'll receive holidays, paid mileage, company pension and health care program * Training is provided, so no previous experience is required - just the right attitude and a kind heart * An experienced office team will always be on-hand to provide guidance & support As a CAREGiver you will: * Support our local clients - ensuring they continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible * Ensure that the environment in which they live is safe and clean Something you would be interested in? Additional Information * Gain the highly-accredited Care Certificate through our Induction Programme which is being run through our online training platform. * Great hourly rate starting at 9.50 up to 11.50 per hour (double rate for bank holidays) * Company Pension, Holiday pay, Sick pay, Health Care Plan * Home Instead Ruislip and Harrow has been recognised as one of the Best Employers in London * This position is subject to a clean DBS (criminal record check) and references.
