SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT * Harrow, Middlesex (HA1) * £10 per hour * Residential Dementia Care Home * Permanent full-time position About the Home: A SMALL FRIENDLY RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME BASED IN HARROW (HA1) IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM. About the position: Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant, preferably with an NVQ Level 3 to join a small Care Team, who are delivering quality care to a high standard. Are you highly motivated, caring, proactive, determined and can you lead a small team of Care Assistants? You will be managing, mentoring and supporting a team to deliver quality care on time to a high standard. The ideal applicant will have the ability to lead, delegate and organise the shift and to ensure all the documentation and medication records are completed, update Care Plans. Administering Medication is essential . Overall it is the Senior Care Assistant who will make sure the floor and the Care Assistants runs smoothly, effectively and you will be well organised in terms of Care, Support, Feeding and Personal Care & Hygiene.
