Job Description Here at Home Instead Senior Care Ruislip and Harrow we are seeking individuals who are caring and compassionate. As a CAREGiver you will enable clients to keep their independence and enjoy their senior years at home where they are most comfortable. Duties will sometimes include assisting with personal care, light housework, shopping for or with your client. You will be building professional friendships and delivering an outstanding service. * Gain the highly-accredited Care Certificate through our Induction Programme * Great hourly rate starting at 9.50 up to 11.50 per hour (double rate for bank holidays) * Company Pension, 28 days paid holiday, Sick pay * Health Care Plan Qualifications If you're kind compassionate and have a big heart then you are qualified. You DO NOT need experience, we will provide all training and support you through your first 12 weeks so that you can complete the nationally recognised Care Certificate. Ongoing one to one support when you are with the clients. Additional Information * A Kind and caring nature * Live within 5 to 6 mile radius of the position * No previous experience necessary we give you award winning 12 week training and one to one support in the community when you are with your clients * A FULL UK LICENCE AND RELIABLE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED (non drivers consider depending on availability and location) * This position is subject to a DBS (criminal records check) and provide satisfactory professional references.
