Team Leader (Registered Nurse) " Full Time Nights £42,812.77 Gardens and Jacobs Neurological Centre We currently have an amazing opportunity for a team leader to join our large dedicated neurological care centre, Gardens and Jacobs based at The Rivers Hospital site in Sawbridgeworth. We deliver 24 hour expert care and rehabilitation for complex neurological conditions and brain or spinal injuries. Our team is currently on an exciting journey of growth and you can be part of this! This is a role where you can make a difference every day in a supported environment, where we will value your clinical expertise and leadership skills. The role is pivotal in our commitment to provide 24 hour holistic care in a homely environment; to assist recovery wherever possible and maximise each individual's ability, comfort and quality of life. The nursing and care teams work alongside the GP, Consultant in Neuro Rehabilitation Medicine and on-site therapy teams including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, dietetics and specialized seating.
