Job Description

Lead Developer A global brand based in Covent Garden are on the lookout for a Lead Developer. This FTSE 250 organisation have been growing from strength to strength and are highly profitable. The Lead Developer will be working on new projects that will be addressing websites. They are in the process of rolling out 5-6 websites which are complete redesigns. They want to build out a new component library to enable it to be drag and drop in the future. These will integrate with SAAS The role or the Lead Developer as follows: * Working in an agile environment * Drive Technology and Process * Develop web applications that are of high quality * Working with a multi-disciplinary team that consist of Product Owners, Technical Architects and UX Designers * Liaise with multiple stake-holders * Ensure projects are completed to time and to budget * Cloud development in Azure There is also the option to lead 2 onsite developers and 2 offshore developers The Lead Developer would need to have the following background: * Expertise within JavaScript, they use Vue js but will consider a developer who has experience with Angular / React * Cloud experience ideally with Azure but will consider a developer who has experience with AWS or GCP * Strong understanding of Web Design Principles They would love if the Lead Developer also has the following background: * Full Stack experience * .NET Core, .NET and C# * Experience leading individuals * GraphQL * Sprint management * Previous CMS Experience with WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore et They can offer a salary up to £80,000 + the following benefits: * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays * Up to 10% bonus * Healthcare * Discounted gym membership * Monthly hackathons * Training budget They are conducting fully remote interviews and can onboard remotely.
