MySQL DBA / Database Administrator A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced MySQL DBA / Database Administrator to join a to join our leading FinTech FX Unicorn Start-Up in Central London. This is a fantastic time to join this organisation as they are going through a prolonged period of growth and are looking for an ambitious DBA who has excellent knowledge of MySQL, Public cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud or AWS) and MariaDB to help progress the Database and Cloud services function. As the MySQL DBA / Database Administrator it is vital to be open minded and always looking at ways to learn new skills and bring fresh ideas to the team. As the MySQL DBA / Database Administrator you'll be versatile with a varied range of skills in different, relatable aspects including Public / Private Cloud, MariaDB / SkySQL You'll be applying your knowledge to meet the changing, growing and evolving systems within the team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to work for an outstanding and forward-thinking organisation. You will learn and develop invaluable skills, lead on projects and work with new and exciting technologies. Coming from a financial services background would be an advantage but not essential. They are looking to do a fully remote interview process and for the successful applicant to start remotely until the current situation changes. Skills required for the MySQL DBA / Database Administrator: - Previous experience as an MySQL DBA of at least 5 years - Knowledge of MySQL / MariaDB - Have a keen interest in Public / Private Cloud - Be open minded and come with fresh innovative ideas. MySQL DBA / MySQL Database Administrator/ MariaDB / SkySQL / Public Cloud / Private Cloud.
