Senior Python Developer / AWS / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Start-up / £65k - £80k I am working with a very well-funded start-up that are looking to scale their team and product throughout 2020. They have a live requirement for a Senior Developer to come in and take ownership over their technical roadmap in conjunction with their CTO. Company They have been in operation for around 3 years and have around 15 people within the business, 5 of which are in the engineering team. They have developed a fantastic web and mobile based application where you can listen to journalism. They have partnered with some of the globes largest organisations including Bloomberg and The Financial Time and are continuing to grow out those partnerships every day. They are based in brand new offices in Central London and are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join the team. The role This is a senior position within the business, and you will be working closely alongside the CTO in scaling up and building new features for the company's product. In addition, they are looking for an individual to come in and take charge on continuing the growth of the companies microservice architecture therefore, if you have built out microservices before then you will highly considered. Obviously, they have an established product in place so there will be an element of support and maintenance which you will need to be happy to do. Skills Required Minimum of 3 years' experience coding in Python PostgreSQL/MySQL databases AWS (Lambdas ideally) Experience building microservices Strong educational background would be useful Excellent communication skills Prior experience taking ownership over projects Interview process Telephone Interview - Technical Video Conference - 1-hour call with both Co-Founders Package On offer is a salary between £65,000 - £80,000 stock options and many more benefits.
