Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our growing business. Our continuing success is down to the talent and hard work from our people, could you be the next? The Role As a Team Leader you will motivate and lead your team to support sales and provide excellent service to our customers. You will need previous supervisory experience in a fast paced environment and be confident in coaching and developing your team. Key responsibilities will include: * Customer service - Ensure you and your team deliver excellent service and meet customer's needs * Product knowledge - Providing detailed information about our products to customers * Communication - ability to communicate key information to your team. * Leadership - Lead by example and coach your team to become the next generation of Team Leaders and to achieve targets. * IT - competent in the use basic IT systems * Support - Assisting management with new colleague training and being accountable for your department in the absence of the management team.
