Job Description

The Air Ambulance Service provides two very important functions, Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and The Children's Air Ambulance which provides paediatric transfers across the UK. Our objective is to save lives, utilising specialist pilots, doctors, and paramedics and with our work centred on saving lives, improving clinical outcomes and being able to react quickly and efficiently to emergencies. We are at the forefront of innovative clinical care and we challenge boundaries. None of this can be achieved without a hugely dedicated team of colleagues, volunteers and the general public. The role: We have 5 established boutique shops in north London area that's purpose are to drive sales and awareness of our Children's Air Ambulance services. We are looking to appoint a Cluster Manager to manage one of these shops effectively and also provide leadership and expertise to the other 4 shops in the region. This will be achieved through effective management of the team and supporting them in a challenging retail environment. An important part of this role will be the technical aspects of the role so you will play a significant part in Visual Merchandising, stock and volunteer generation for the region. A bit about you: This is a developmental role so we are looking for an experienced fashion retailer who is looking to take a step into multi-site management or you are currently in a multi-site role looking to work for a new retailer where you can have the autonomy to put your stamp on your shop. We need a people person, our shop manager's work under unique challenging circumstances and you will have the ability to support them through this and drive performance when it gets tough.
