Please do visit www.p2consulting.com to find out more about us. What will your role be? * The role is based within the Resourcing Team at P2 Consulting. You will ensure that the right candidates are selected for our clients. This will be done through sourcing and pre screenings candidates, conducting interviews and placing them accordingly. You'll draw on your communication skills to build and maintain relationships with senior line managers, hiring consultants and candidates alike. Delivering a great employee experience is top of our agenda, so it'll be down to you to help ensure that candidate interactions are not only seamless from start to finish, but reflective of our brand and values. What responsibilities will you have? * Recruiting permanent employees and contract staff in the Testing space * Tracking and candidate management for all hiring * Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide support and build best practice processes to deliver service excellence * Pre-screening and interviewing candidates * Managing own job applications * Developing close relationships with the Internal hiring managers * Working closely and developing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and job expectations * Tracking the movement of potential best candidates within the market and the creation and development of a talent network * Operating an internal search capability to develop deep sector knowledge in order to successfully source, approach and recruit high-calibre candidates to the organisation through direct methods * Being a proactive recruiter who can manage a candidate pipeline Requirements What experience are we looking for? * 2-3 years' experience recruiting in the Testing and QA space * Articulate with fantastic communication skills * Professional attitude with hunger to drive the business forward * Ways to develop new strategies for recruitment and sourcing * Excellent organisation skills and superb attention to detail * A confident multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation skills * Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office) * Evidence of managing data and providing reporting support Benefits We offer a competitive salary, bonus and a full benefits package including health insurance, cycle to work scheme, wellness allowance, pension, access to online learning, training and development and much much more!
