Job Description

A leading global retailer is seeking a Product Consultant (Business Analyst/Project Manager) as they continue to grow during this difficult time. The sky is the limit for this business, come and be part of something great! You will be joining a newly formed team who are responsible for all of the customer interaction applications for the global business and wear multiple hats as you work between multiple stakeholders, Product Owners and the market place to ensure the current landscape is fit for purpose and that any beneficial new technology is researched and potential trialled. Projects will range across CRM, payments, eCommerce, marketing, analytics and more and you'll be technically curious and keen to learn what you don't know and understand how the systems hang together. If you love and want ownership if your projects, please get in touch. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for coordinating the business and IT to ensure successful delivery. We are looking for someone with a strong technical understanding who can build proof of concepts and without involving the IT team. You will engage with them once a trial is successful or at the point a change needs to be made to the systems in place. You'll influence the roadmap and architecture moving forward. The current landscape is Adobe Marketing Cloud, Hybris, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce and SAP Hybris Commerce and experience with any of these is beneficial. ROLE: Product Consultant (BA/PM) SALARY: £45,000 - £51,000 + incremental salary scale LOCATION: Near Tamworth Does this sound like you?
