The business are leading innovators in digital research and provide consumer insights for the on-demand economy. Role: - Working in the Digital Solutions team, you will work closely with new and existing clients with on-boarding for the companies software and online communities. - Responsible for training clients in a variety of tools - Maintain panel, pull sample and perform health checks - Coordinate content for community portal and panel members - Work closely with the client service and design teams Candidate: - You will be a strong project manager with digital experience ideally working in market research industries (this is a must) - Be a confident presenter and have excellent attention to detail - Experience of managing panels or online communities - Interest in technology and delivering superior customer service Apply for this job Remind me later Or, know someone who would be a perfect fit?
