Amazon Logistics aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible. The EU AMZL ACES team is looking for an EU Kaizen Program Leader that will create and lead our strategic continuous improvement program. This new team will create a Continuous Improvement roadmap, including a problem solve methodology package that is trained and followed by all operators across EU AMZL to use in their everyday role. The Kaizen program managers will also lead and facilitate Kaizen events whilst teaching future Kaizen SMEs. In this role, you will lead the program team, setting the direction for how the lean manufacturing principals will be implemented, creating a long-term program for all Europe. This role can be based in any of the corporate offices in London, Munich, Luxembourg, Milan, Paris or Madrid.
