VP Marketing, EMEA We are looking to hire VP of Marketing for EMEA, who is an experienced marketing leader with expertise across multiple aspects of the marketing discipline. This person will take the reins to position and differentiate Zscaler in the market, to drive pipeline creation and customer upsell and revenue retention efforts, and create new go-to-market plans in key geographies to fuel our EMEA expansion. Reporting to the CMO, this person will work as a member of the global marketing leadership team to ensure our strategies and executed plans are in alignment with corporate goals. Leveraging the product marketing, global demand marketing, and corporate communications team, they will create compelling and differentiated messaging that is relevant to the EMEA market, thread that messaging through all marketing tactics, and develop audience-specific activity from the top to the bottom of the funnel in support of EMEA revenue goals. This role requires a clear understanding and experience in marketing to enterprises and has worked in a high growth software company. This person must have experience in leading edge online digital marketing, creative account-based marketing strategies and has a keen understanding of the needs of the EMEA market. The person must also have a creative flair, market understanding, experience in building a high performing marketing organization, planning skill, and sales understanding. What you will do: * Working with the Global demand marketing team, develop the go-to-market initiatives, framework for execution and the allocation of budget to ensure Zscaler is well established in new markets within EMEA, and local programs are highly efficient and effective * Drive long term employee success with a focus on coaching, development, and building a high performance team * Work closely with the country leadership team and sales teams across the region to create visibility around pipeline progress, as well as improvement programs * Plan and run field marketing events * Develop and manage the bottoms-up demand generation plan from leads to opportunity * Guide and manage the account based field marketing efforts in each region * Develop and tailor marketing campaigns (online and traditional) for each local market) * Execute localised email, social media and search engine marketing * Working with global communications team, maximise PR and social visibility for the company in EMEA Work Experience: * Proven track record leading marketing organisations across multiple markets to establish and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business goals and objectives. * Demonstrated experience and success in B2B EMEA marketing with knowledge of the broader GTM team. This includes field events, account based marketing, and campaign design and execution * Digital Marketing expertise * Strong leadership qualities, and demonstrated success of leading a high performing team * Deep understanding of demand, inbound and account based/target account marketing strategies * Experience working in enterprise software and software-as-a-service companies, preferably in security or networking. * Metrics driven with strong analytical skills * Hands-on experience with systems like Marketo and Salesforce * Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear and persuasive writing style. * Ideally, you have managed wider marketing teams from brand and positioning, events and product marketing. * Strong leadership skills * Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions * Collaborate team player with great interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively cross-functionally Educational Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred * An advanced degree or an MBA is a plus. * Demonstrable
