Were looking for a Brand Manager to join Daisie. Working as a key player in our growing team, the successful candidate will be a creative catalyst with the ability to unlock revenue and growth through ideas, with touching points across product, marketing and creative. Daisie is building a platform for creators to establish networks, build professional profiles and collaborate on projects, all in one place. We're led by our community of 150,000+, with aspirations to support creative endeavours throughout development and into production. We're just getting started. We have a vision for where we want to go and how to evolve Daisie. Were now looking for a Brand Manager to join us and help realise that vision. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining Daisie's positioning within the wider creative and cultural landscape. You will focus on global brand expression, driving awareness of the company through effective and innovative marketing of the Daisie brand as it relates to partnerships and original content. The Ideal candidate is a passionate, creative, community-first leader with a proven track-record of building brands from scratch. Day-to-day, you will work to establish, define and implement best-in-class brand decisions across all Daisie platforms, understanding and strategising around current trends as well as engaging with external PR outlets. Requirements What you'll do: * Develop ideas, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to establish a 12 month brand strategy across social platforms, product & creative * Discuss and provide feedback on brand aspects of campaign creative and marketing outputs * Work with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement campaign specific strategy against business objectives, ensuring everything we create, produce or publish tracks back to the tone, integrity and aesthetic of the Daisie brand * Leverage the brand identity and ensure it is flawlessly executed across all marketing and product touchpoints by influencing and partnering with cross functional groups * Focus on community and relevance, prioritising the user journey and understanding the creators on our platform inside and out * Work across social, offline, events, etc. We want you to own where and how Daisie is felt, across the world We think this role will be suitable for someone with: * 5+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising or another related field * Experience working on a successful content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and engagement * Understanding of social media marketing and building strategies for social platforms * Ability to develop outstanding creative assets applied in digital and offline mediums * Exceptional creative marketing portfolio * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details * Knowledge and experience working in the creative industry Benefits * A highly competitive salary * Equity in the company * A place in a team excited to make a difference * Personal training budget to spend as you wish * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * A great working environment in our East London office * All the tools and support you need to create amazing work * Daily play time with Wilf, our Shiba Inu Application Process We will hold a brief video call with shortlisted candidates, following which we will invite you to the Daisie office in Shoreditch to meet the team, spend some time with us, and see how we might work together.
