Role: Creative Content Manager Location: London ROLE MISSION Working in partnership with our client, the Creative Content Manager will be responsible for the channel management and general housekeeping of all social media. THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF... You are someone who is passionate for creating content that is engaging with the wider audience. ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING You'll be joining a medium on-site team, working alongside OLIVER Digital designers, film production teams, external agencies and co-creators where needed to meet objectives & deadlines agreed with Brand team The teamwork in a fun and fast-paced environment so if you are looking to work in a team where no one day is the same then this the team for you. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE * General Housekeeping; UGC, publishing/management of content calendars, asset overview docs, etc * Setting and monitoring KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and being agile in optimising our content output accordingly. * Community management, eye on market, competitors, trends/insights to feed into overarching social strategy, social media updates, etc. * Actioning blog and content uploads via the CMS. * Coming up with original, creative ways to translate big brand ideas into ongoing, social-savvy content themes and community engagement concepts for digital. * Liaising with internal Media team to implement the paid strategy on a monthly basis. Receiving and developing quarterly social briefs from brand teams. WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL * 3-5 years' brand and agency experience in social media for B2C brands (specifically luxury brands) * A strong knowledge of social media channels, social culture, digital creativity and editorial marketing * Excellent organisation skills with experience overseeing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver creative output to a high standard and against a deadline * Excellent written and oral communication skills and fluent English language * Familiarity working with CMS platforms and social insights tools * Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous ABOUT OUR COMPANY Many companies talk about having a unique and thriving business model, but the Inside Ideas Group truly does.
