Head of Market Intelligence (Cash Equities), London Responsibilities: * Perform in depth analysis of new business developments and initiatives within equity trading technology * Documentation of business policies and procedures * Dealing with regulation and ensuring that internal processes are in line with current Compliance requirements * Regular liaison with cash equity trading team, Legal, Compliance, Audit and other departments * Business management of exchange/trading venue technology migrations * Relationship management with technology vendors * Managing contracts, associated cost controlling Qualifications: * Degree level education or equivalent business experience in either business information technology or market intelligence * Previous relevant experience in a fast-paced banking or financial services environment monitoring cash equities from a regulatory and compliance perspective * Superior analytical, data mining and project management skills * Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels of seniority * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team/project task force * Fluency in German is beneficial, but not essential
