About the Job TaskRabbit has big ambitions for Spain and beyond. We are looking for a savvy, data-driven Marketer to help us continue to grow and scale quickly. We are looking for a creative marketing whiz, who has consumer internet experience across an array of digital and offline channels. We value data-driven decision making and strong people leadership skills as we continue to grow and scale quickly. Our ideal candidate would be passionate about TaskRabbit and the on-demand economy, and would know how to help us get the word out about our service. This marketer would have practical experience developing and managing content, social, local, and brand partnership campaigns. As the Marketing Manager for Spain, you will own local marketing, social media, events, local email content and partnership initiatives. Responsibilities * Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for Spain, including: Online and Offline marketing, Content and local Partnerships. This will be an iterative process that will guide all Spain marketing activities * Manage and inspire a team of country marketing specialists focused on driving growth in key European markets * Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity and execute tests/projects to drive growth and engagement of TaskRabbit users in Spain * Execute marketing campaigns; track and measure the efficacy of each initiative, scaling efforts in line with results * Work with the design team on creative copy & content. Develop marketing guidelines, including a visual tone of "voice" for TaskRabbit Spain. * Collaborate with channel managers across SEM, SEO, Email, Display and Affiliate to implement global strategies, develop editorial content and advise on international differences * Develop Spain-specific brand partnerships that will help TaskRabbit deliver on its business goals. Work with the US Brand Partnerships team to transfer existing partnerships to the local market. * Support new city expansions with localized marketing plans. Qualifications * Undergraduate degree required with outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement * Min 5 years marketing experience at an advertising agency or start-up company * Proven people management experience * Online and offline, paid and organic marketing channels experience required * Skill and experience with both paid and organic marketing channels * Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. * Exquisite written and verbal communication skills * Skill and appetite to operate at high pace and quality in an entrepreneurial context * Excellent problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to ambiguous problems * Analytical mindset with strong data analysis background * Spanish language and cultural knowledge required You'll love working here because: * The People.
