Dealing with enquires ranging from hearing loss to hip replacements, the role requires someone with resilience and empathy. Someone who can confidently lead members through our services to the best and most appropriate outcome for them. An active and effective listener who can gather important information in difficult circumstances. This role is essential to the successful journey for our members and the future of our outstanding business. We are interested to hear from candidates with the following skills: \t * Telephony/Contact Centre experience \t * Excellent telephone manner and an ability to adapt different situations \t * Enthusiastic, passionate and positive \t * Self-motivated and resilient \t * Enjoy working to KPI's A full induction programme and on-going training will provide you with an intimate knowledge and understanding of Benenden Health's core product. There is a requirement that the successful candidates attend 6 weeks' full-time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, (Dates TBC). Please note that candidates must be available for the whole training period and have no pre booked annual leave within this time frame.
