Title - Specification Sales Manager Location - North West Products - Drainage Basic Salary - £35,000 - £48,000 On Target Earnings - £45,000 - £55,000 Job Reference - 32341 My client is a market leader within the drainage market who are looking for a Specification Sales Manager, based in the North West region, who has a significant bias towards the Drainage and Highway sectors. They are looking for someone who has commercial relationships with all relevant Engineers, Architects and Local Authorities across the area to create long lasting relationships. Key role and responsibilities for this Regional Sales Engineer Role is: * Develop specifications with Engineers, Architects, Local Authorities within the area * CH, DN, S, SY, BB, BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, L, LA, LL, M, OL, PR, SK, SY, WA & WN Postcodes * Managing projects through the CRM system * Contribute and deliver CPDs with specifying organisations * Technical understanding of construction projects * Requires reading and interpreting complex drawings * You will be home based with occasional meetings and visits to HQ Minimum requirements for this Regional Sales Engineer Role is: * Are you a good relationship builder? * Would you consider yourself a specialist selling to the Engineers, Architects & Local Authorities within the area? * Have you sold drainage or civil related construction solutions? * Are you technically minded, ideally with the ability to interpret and work with drawings? * Are you a target smasher within your current business? * Ideally have SuDS awareness and knowledge and an understanding of structures * We are looking for driven, ambitious, professional sales candidates.
