To help with the ongoing growth of the Workplace business, we are seeking a world-class Marketing Operations Associate, who is passionate about Workplace by Facebook and the role that a connected workforce can play in improving the productivity of an organisation. In this role, you will help drive insights, analytics and operational excellence in the Workplace Marketing organization. This role will report to the Marketing Operations Manager and partner closely with the Director of Marketing for Workplace, the wider marketing team and other functions including Sales, Operations, Data Science and Finance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook and marketing, have a strong analytical mindset, is comfortable working with large data sets, conducting complex analysis, converting results into actionable business decisions, and effectively communicating insights to cross-functional stakeholders. They will have a deep understanding of marketing metrics and processes (ideally in the SaaS industry), and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines, and a passion for marketing operations. Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring 2. Track and report progress on marketing performance to maintain a constant lens on the ROI of our marketing programs 3. Partner with the marketing team to analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and channels, and with the data science and finance teams to understand marketing CPA by channel and overall CAC 4. Proactively analyze key metrics in the demand generation funnel including lead quality, lead to pipeline conversion rates and surface insights to optimize campaign performance 5. Deliver concise insights that support key leadership meetings/decision making and facilitate alignment on key issues and business growth opportunities 6. Use insights to advise marketing teams on how to continuously improve performance against targets combining internal and external data sources 7. Partner with sales operations to communicate the holistic impact of marketing activities on both new business opportunities and existing sales pipeline. 8. Conceptualize and build centralised dashboards that the marketing team can use to extract insights for daily business management in an efficient manner 9. Support the setting of marketing targets each half in partnership with sales operations and marketing teams 10. Lead on infrastructure best practice setup and improvement such as Salesforce, landing pages, email, and event lead capture methods to ensure data is captured to the highest possible standards. 11. Design and implement scalable marketing operations processes that reduce friction, increase visibility into campaign launches and performance, and improve the Workplace sales and marketing team experience 12. Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. 13. Establish and maintain automated, streamlined processes for lead uploads, campaign management, database management (aka data integrity) and lead management working closely with sales ops. 14. Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance 15. Review marketing lead data to validate process efficiency and identify areas of improvements **Minimum Qualifications:** 16. Significant experience within marketing analytics in a fast paced B2B environment. SaaS industry experience strongly preferred 17.
