Brand Manager - HCV United Kingdom, England, Maidenhead New 2 additional locations United KingdomUnited Kingdom, England Marketing Requisition #2002997 Brand Manager - HCV Based in the offices in Maidenhead reporting into the Business Unit Manager, Highly competitive salary, Car allowance, Bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Objective: + To implement a robust stakeholder engagement plan and develop advocacy with key clinicians in England to drive change for future tenders. + To position our product for continued growth through development and delivery of the brand plan, including the stakeholder engagement plan, in collaboration with the matrix brand team. + Ensure the brand meets/exceeds its PLAN number through implementation of the brand plan. Highlighted Key responsibilities include: + To continually engage with and gain insights on customer opinion and behaviours regarding the England tender, alongside the wider brand team, in order to generate advocacy and drive change for future tenders. + Work within the matrix environment of the Brand Team to develop marketing strategies for the product, with 1 year brand plans, presented to leadership team. + To effectively manage External Expert relationships across the UK. + Build a strong Multi-channel Management plan to maximise opportunities across our channel and stakeholder mix in order to strengthen and imbed promotional campaigns, as appropriate dependent on the environment. + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both within the affiliate and our global teams. + To manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget. + To deliver planned A&P requirements within given budget. + To ensure alignment across the brand and sales team on the key strategies. + To ensure brand proposition is clearly communicated. + Drive a high standard of compliance with all communications and initiatives Qualifications, Knowledgeand Experience + Science / Life Science Bachelor's Degree or equivalentexperience required + Additional marketing qualifications an advantage + Relevant Brand Manager experience or previousproven broad marketing experience including: + Supporting the delivery of a multi-stakeholder brand plan + Specific experience of advocacy development + Specific experience working across digital channels + Proven experience in delivering insights based marketingstrategies + Experience of monitoring and measuring the effectivenessof activities + Proven track record of success inMarketing + ABPI qualified is not essential but desirable Additional Information + Travel: Yes, 25 % of the Time + Job Type: Experienced + Schedule: Full-time + Job Level Code: IC
