Brand Manager - Rheumatology United Kingdom, England, Maidenhead New 2 additional locations United KingdomUnited Kingdom, England Marketing Requisition #2002515 Brand Manager - Rheumatology Based in the offices in Maidenhead reporting into the Business Unit Manager, Rheumatology. Objective: The Brand Manager will need to develop and drive commercially viable strategies for the brand in collaboration with the wider brand team. This will include promotion, education and advertising to drive increased uptake while positioning our product for continued growth through development and delivery of the brand plan in collaboration with the matrix brand team. Highlighted Key responsibilities include: + Work within the matrix environment of the Brand Team to develop marketing strategies for the product, with 1 year brand plans, presented to leadership team + To continually gain insights to customer opinion and behaviours to feed into brand planning process - effectively manage the marketing intelligence systems/process + Build a strong Multi-channel Management plan to maximise opportunities across our channel and stakeholder mix in order to strengthen and imbed promotional campaigns + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both within the affiliate and our global teams + To plan and execute educational platforms as defined by the brand plan + To effectively manage External Expert relationships across the UK + To manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget Qualifications, Knowledgeand Experience + Science / Life Science Bachelor's Degree or equivalentexperience required + Additional marketing qualifications an advantage + Relevant Brand Manager experience or previous provenbroad marketing experience including: + Supporting the delivery of a multi-stakeholder brand plan + Specific experience working across digital channels + Proven experience in delivering insights based marketingstrategies + Experience of monitoring and measuring the effectivenessof activities + Proven track record of success in Marketing Additional Information + Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time + Job Type: Experienced + Schedule: Full-time + Job Level Code: M
