Job Description

Overview The IT Project Delivery Lead is a 6 months fixed term position that will be responsible for the delivery of IT infrastructure and end-user-equipment related projects across the EMEA region. Working together as a key member of the RSM EMEA team who are collectively responsible for the delivery of IT systems and services across all locations throughout Europe, Russia and the Middle East. The IT Project Delivery Lead will undertake tasks both onsite and remotely, as well as coordinate partner engineer visits where necessary. Partnering with regional business leads, they will recommend and plan all technology to be installed and be responsible for the successful delivery of said equipment on time, and in budget. The IT Project Delivery Lead will be an organised and pragmatic multi-tasker, working as part of the RSM EMEA team to deliver comprehensive, quality solutions that improve IT standards. They will encourage a culture of constant improvement, and first-class customer service to the Tiffany business. Qualifications Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science * Proven ability to deliver multi-site IT infrastructure related projects * The ability to manage multiple projects / activities at a time, and to prioritise appropriately * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Flexibility to work outside of working hours as necessary * The ability to travel 10-30% of the time within Europe * Excellent problem solving abilities * Strong Analytical skills * A working understanding of Windows domain services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, etc.) * Fluent in English * Must have authorization to work and remain in the UK Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements * Experience in delivering UCaaS / CCaaS technologies * One or more of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish * Experience working across multiple regions and cultures #LI-POST5
