Job Description
PETERBOROUGH - Our client is looking for a Clinical Director / Senior Vet to join their team. Are you looking for a position where you can really help shape a practice? Do you enjoy working with and supporting colleagues? Their practice in Peterborough is looking for a new team member - and that might be you! They are looking for a clinical director or Senior Vet who loves providing quality veterinary care but also enjoys helping others grow and develop in their roles. Experience of the business side of veterinary practice is an advantage but not a necessity but an interest in this is important. They can provide the guidance and support for these elements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent client and patient care, helping others realise their potential and being instrumental in the growth of the business; driven by providing high standards of care. You will have clinical freedom and be able to develop the services offered. Building good relationships with colleagues in the branches will help see you flourish in this role. There is no out of hours work and weekends are on a rota with time off in lieu. An attractive package is available to the right candidate including a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, funded cpd with 5 days off to pursue this, healthcare scheme, pension, VDS and RCVS memberships paid for and the opportunity to work with a friendly and motivated team.
