Marketing Specialist Role based in Bishopsgate. This role reports to the Marketing Manager, Aerospace & Finance, and supports this sector, which includes Snowflake software, a recent acquisition by Cirium (part of Reed Business Information). Snowflake is an innovative business delivering data management solutions to Air Navigation Service Providers, enterprises, and Unmanned Traffic Management across the aviation industry. You will take part in the broader initiatives of the worldwide marketing team.This position is wider than a traditional "campaign marketing", function. It requires the individual to be agile and have digital and portfolio experience. We are part of a large publicly traded company, yet function as a nimble, creative and entrepreneurial business unit. The role has the following focus: * Ensuring sales teams have the purposeful collateral and assets to assist them in customer interactions. * Creating marketing and communications assets in alignment with the content strategy. * Generating demand for solutions - targeting cross and up sell opportunities. * Nurturing sales ready leads to maximise opportunity of purchase and renewal. * Engaging customers and prospects in the local market, prioritised by potential. * Help develop a network of relevant partners and alliance relationships to help deliver campaigns. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: * Partnering with the internal Cirium teams to ensure development of cohesive marketing plans. * Documenting customer needs in market. * Maintaining a living marketing plan that supports the changing nature of the assigned portfolio and needs of the sales team. * Development and maintenance of buyer personas localised and audience specific campaigns that are designed or bespoke for market. * Adapting content for the local market. * Coordinate with the global marketing and communications teams for portfolio specific inputs. * Execute campaign strategy and key campaigns through year/quarter aligned to strategic themes. * Monitor programme/campaign metrics. * Optimise the demand generation process. * Develop sales collateral including white papers, coordinate the development of thought leadership papers. * Organise project plans for campaigns and measure results with input from the Marketing Manager. * Partner with marketing events team to ensure we optimize our exposure and attend events to support the sales team. * Mobility - your will based will be London but spend a certain number of days a week in Southampton, the location of the Snowflake office. You will also need to make some external business trips as the event schedule dictates. Key Skills Required: * Demand generation. * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. * Digital marketing fluency. * Campaign creation & management. * Campaign success criteria / evaluation. * Excellent organizational skills. * Additional relevant foreign languages will be a plus. Experience Required : * Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent * Proven experience of direct marketing experience in the software/solutions/information technology business. * Experience in the airline/aerospace/travel sector would be a great benefit. * Successful launch and management of global marketing campaigns. * Digital marketing experience.
