Project Manager An exciting opportunity with this dynamic and fast-growing part of our business awaits the right candidate. You will be managing our deployment projects spending time on site with our clients and working from our office in the heart of Soho. You will be adept at managing and overseeing several projects, focused on driving progress where it has the most impact. You will be able to demonstrate past success in pragmatically applying project management method and using technology. You will have strong communication skills and exposure to Wide Area Network or the Communications industry. The Project Manager will chair project team meetings, communicate and document the everyday management of projects. You will also ensure all project products and services are risk managed and delivered to time and budget. Role Overview: * Manage end to end the delivery of several technology projects, applying a structured, repeatable process * Produce and manage project plans, RAID Logs and delivery schedules for all allocated Projects to ensure milestones are met in agreed timescales * Pro-actively monitor project progress, identifying issues and risks and take pre-emptive action to mitigate * Agree a delivery plan, manage and document changes agreed baselines and regularly reporting progress * Assemble the project delivery team and align Systems Engineers to delivery task * Chair internal and client project meetings, communicating and driving action * Coordinate data carriers, understand their processes and escalating when needed * Coordinate the ordering and delivery of hardware and third-party services, such as data cabling * Manage the timeliness and quality of third party service * Integrate and align our activities to that of the Client construction Project Management * Escalate within our organisation and engage executives when needed * Strive for high quality and drive improvement within our delivery teams You will demonstrate: * At least 3 years experience in a Project Management role * Experience in Vendor Management and sourcing * Knowledge of Information Technology and Project Management method, ideally Agile * Experience establishing and implementing new processes * Competence in using Microsoft Office Suites and other Project Collaboration Tools such as Smartsheets * Solid Stakeholder Management Skills with a consultative approach in engaging with clients Apply for this Job
