Job Description
We are currently supporting a growing family-run SME who are actively seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their team based in Glasgow. My clients are on the upward curve of their growth and it is a great time to join them, all the team are focused and enthused for the future! As a Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for providing full internal support to the Sales Executive's from booking appointments through to following up quotes and account management. Key responsibilities and duties of this role.. * Plan and book sales appointments for Sales Executive * Follow up on all actions from calls and notes from sales appointments * Deal with any customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner * Raise quotations to customers within timescales agreed * Assist in implementing price increases and meeting GP margin targets * Review usage pattern on a monthly basis * Manage the SE's calendar's, ensuring that appointments, travel and meetings are scheduled to maximise their productivity * Assist with Order Processing and other customer service duties when required, including answering inbound calls Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes... * Enthusiastic, friendly, customer-focused personality * Sales oriented mindset, with a proactive nature * Ability to build strong relationships with customers * Proven sales support/administration experience * An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non verbal Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00/08:00-17:00 (Flexible) Benefits * Salary of 20,000 - 22,000 * Discretionary Bonus * Flexible working * Free parking on site
