Salary: £19,000 depending one experience Industry: Childcare Sector: Nursery Job ID: 32103 Do you have what it takes to help shape the little minds of the next generation...? If so, we are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner within the KT6 area to join an excellent nursery team and to work alongside the management team to deliver exceptional childcare and to build secure foundations for lifelong learning. You will be joining a team of highly experienced practitioners who are carefully selected for their genuine love of working with young children. 40-hour week Age group: 3 months to 5 years What are we looking for? * Previous experience of working in a nursery environment * Previous childcare experience with children aged 3 months to 5 years * Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team member is essential * Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, children and outside agencies * A knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities * Being able to understand and apply the EYFS in order to nurture and scaffold children's learning and development by providing stimulating and educational experiences across varied age groups * To build strong relationships with children and their families and also to work strongly within a team to deliver high quality childcare. * Be a true and trusted practitioner to take children on a journey from start to end. * Level 3 qualified * Looking to passionate individuals who want to develop a career in childcare. * Experienced Nursery Practitioner with a knowledge of Safeguarding * Passion for the job and a genuine team player * Stable career history For an initial confidential conversation contact us today!
