Description This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Solutions Executive to join LaunchPad (www.launchpadrecruits.com), a fast-growing SaaS business whose goal is to become the global market leader in recruitment automation technology. The Client Solutions team is the front line between LaunchPad and our prospective customers. We are looking for people that take pride in their work and have a genuine passion for our technology and how it can impact the companies we do business with. As a Client Solutions Executive, you will partner closely with our Sales team and play a key role in developing new pipeline opportunities to grow the business. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities at large enterprise accounts using a variety of inbound and outbound prospecting techniques, with the goal of opening up a conversation that will position LaunchPad's recruitment automation platform as a possible solution to a key business problem. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders at major global brands who each hire thousands of people a year. By introducing them to LaunchPad you have the opportunity to help these businesses deliver an exceptional candidate experience and hire talent in a fairer and more efficient way. In LaunchPad you will be joining a team who are experts in their fields, serious about making people successful and who come from a diverse range of backgrounds. Requirements * Previous experience in business development, lead generation, recruiting or inside sales, preferably with large enterprise accounts * Successful track record with arranging high-quality meetings with executive level decision makers * Resourceful in finding, building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers and leaders * Understanding of a variety of strategies for prospecting, including email, phone calls, social selling, research, account mapping, etc. * Strong organisational skills a must, with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills * Creative approach to problem-solving * Experience within HR/Recruitment technology is not essential but will be preferred Benefits LaunchPad is a fun, inclusive workplace and a great team with shared values and purpose, but in addition we can offer: * Flexible working * 24 days annual leave (+1 day per year of service) * Discounts on gym membership and other goods/services * Childcare vouchers * Competitive salary and commission package
