This role is responsible for project managing the delivery of new digitised products on the company website. The website is the principle delivery mechanism for delivering information and insights to our customers globally. The focus of this role is on managing the activities for multiple products with multiple stakeholders across functions. This is a high profile role requiring good communication across the business. * Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion * Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management * Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost * Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions * Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline, and broadens capabilities * Fully proficient in theories & processes * Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems Works with a moderate level of guidance Job Description This role is responsible for project managing the delivery of new digitised products on the company website. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: * Create a high quality, measurable business case with key stakeholders * Produce a project plan ensuring cross functional alignment and optimization of resources * Plan resource requirements, secure and coordinate with the respective line managers * Publish and maintain a project plan with defined milestones * Ensure ownership and accountability of project deliverables * Ensure execution teams priorities are clear and acknowledged, issues are resolved, and activities coordinated * Implement and maintain a consistent project management methodology * Manage all phases of the project through the product development process * Drive the project towards defined outcomes that derive business benefits * Produce project status reports * Schedule regular project review meetings with key stakeholders, drive issue resolution and communicate meeting outcomes and actions * Manage requirement changes, assess and convey impact on scope and timescales * Manage key stakeholder's commitment and engagement * Manage project risks and issues and escalate where necessary * Manage all project communications and ensure regular communication with all project stakeholders * Ensure overall project quality and seek ways to improve processes and increase overall efficiency * Execute project closure tasks including a project review Key Skills/Experience Required: * Knowledge of the product and software development life cycle * Good understanding of agile methodologies and project delivery * Extensive project management experience delivering projects of various sizes and duration * Cross functional team management with stakeholder groups based in different locations. * Holding team members accountable for project deliverables * Project status reporting for different stakeholders and organisation requirements * Presenting information in a concise and effective manner to stakeholder groups and senior management * Problem solving experience in identifying, researching and resolving complex issues * Investigate and implement alternate plans to achieve planned milestones and release dates * Identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigating actions * Capabilities * A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritise and deliver key initiatives * Good organisation, project planning, time management and change management skills * Good verbal and written communication skills to a wide audience including senior management * Stakeholder relationship management skills * Professional and interpersonal skills * Risk and Issues Management * Cross fun
