The Role * Responsible for the overall performance of our product ranges * Responsibility to create and deliver the annual plan for range campaigns * Working closely with Category team to identify gaps and opportunities in the range then generating solutions to fill gaps and take advantage of opportunities * Working closely with NPD team to shape the innovation pipeline and launch products * Developing new initiatives to drive sales * Work closely with THGs creative team to build briefs and deliver campaign assets * Management of campaign execution across all touchpoints * Monitoring performance of ranges and campaigns Requirements * Degree Qualified Preferred (2:1 and above) * A good understanding of Brand and Category Development * Good knowledge of the health market preferred * Strong knowledge of marketing processes * Desire to take on a role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility * Good communication and relationship building skills * Interest in Fitness or Sports Nutrition would be beneficial * Strong analytical skills * Natural leader bringing enthusiasm to all projects and leading by example * Calm under pressure and ability to instill this into the team Benefits * Competitive salary * Company bonus scheme * Company pension scheme * Onsite Doctor * Discounts across all of our brands - up to 40% * Discounted Gym membership * Training program via the THG academy * Leadership and Development training throughout your career * An exciting, fast paced working environment where you will work with and learn from the best in the business
