About the role A unique and exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary role, supporting the DCB Lab Team in the efficient and effective operation of omni-channel processes to provide a competitive customer experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Day-to-day support for the efficient running of ecommerce platforms * Supporting the launch and optimisation of multiple marketplaces * Working with cross-functional teams (customer service, warehouse operations, logistics) to deliver excellent customer experiences * Using insights and analysis to investigate any potential issues throughout the end-to-end customer journey * Assisting in the development of platform and process improvements to maximise selling and minimise any potential issues throughout the end-to-end customer journey * Contribute to the regular re-forecasting processes and demand/supply planning Requirements * Hands-on experience of running an ecommerce website is preferred * Amazon Seller Central and Shopify experience is desirable * An understanding of how ecommerce websites operate and function * Great analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail * Ability to work well to deadlines in a fast paced, self-starter environment * Strong organisational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently * Excellent communication skills * A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn * Ambition, energy and a real passion for ecommerce will go a long way Benefits Competitive Salary and further details on enquiry
