Exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced and highly motivated individuals to join the Learning Disability Community Nursing Teams that form part of the integrated hubs within Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, (BCHC) via the Trust Bank, our temporary staffing department. The roles involve providing specialist support and guidance to adults with learning disabilities and their carers. Successful candidates will provide clinical services through the effective management of an active caseload. We are currently recruiting dedicated and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, sound clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently. Successful candidates should be experienced and flexible individuals with a passion for integrated team working. In addition, you should have experience of team work and be a confident and assertive clinical practitioners. You will work within the framework of health facilitation (level one and two) and must be prepared to work flexible hours to meet the individual needs of the service.
