Job Description
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC are looking to recruit Community Nurses to join our Covid-19 Bank and support our Trust on a short term, emergency basis. We are recruiting staff to support our current workforce, as the NHS continues to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus (Coronavirus) in these unprecedented times. * Various Shifts are available including Evenings and Weekends Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust delivers a range of healthcare services across a number of sites and specialties and the Trust Bank provides temporary cover to cover shortfalls in staffing and to support the delivery of the service. Be part of a Trust with an end of life service rated as 'outstanding' for in a recent CQC report with inspectors also noting how patients and carers praised staff for their 'caring and compassionate nature' Candidates must be qualified and have relevant and recent nursing experience. The post holder must hold a registered nurse (Level 1 - Adult) qualification and a current NMC Registration. We will not accept applications from unqualified or Student Nurses for this position. You will be a part of a large Community Nursing Team consisting of District Nurses, Community Staff Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Community Matrons. These Community Nursing Teams deliver a wide range of care to patients registered with Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
