Job Description
Prestige Nursing + Care Wakefield are seeking full time, dedicated and passionate Care Assistants to join our team caring for and assisting our ABI client in the Batley area, delivering person centred, specialised care in their own home. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of our client You must have ABI Experience and we are looking for Carers who can build a positive relationship as we understand the importance that we play in their lives. This is a 24/7 package including Sleeping Nights so we are requiring full time Carers What we can offer you! * Free DBS * Free uniform * Competitive rates of pay * Flexible working * Telephone / Video link interviews available * Ongoing training and development (Online eLearning modules) * Weekly pay * Accrued annual leave * Working with a supportive and friendly team * Employee Assistance programme 24/7 365 days a year (confidential support) What we are looking for from you! * 6 Months worth of UK care experience within the last TWO years * Able to provide x2 satisfactory, professional references * Experience is desirable * A caring, compassionate nature and enthusiastic about providing the highest level of care * A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential Rate of pay: Basic start at £9.00 per hour - Can increase Care Assistant Responsibilities include: * Provide personal care and support to vulnerable clients * Administer medications as and when required * Document and maintain accurate records of care provided * Be sensitive to the needs of people from a variety of backgrounds * Be punctual, courteous, and reliable.
