We relentlessly focus on raising the bar and driving change across all of Amazon, including Video, Alexa, Seller, and Retail. As part of this mission, we are looking for an experienced Marketing expert with experience in understanding customer engagement and how to optimally measure the impact of our Social Media activities. You will be part of building and scaling a new innovative team with broad cross-organizational and significant business impact. Are you up for the challenge? #Letsdothis Key responsibilities: Your work will focus on efforts that solve complex marketing and customer opportunities and problems. You will focus on areas where the long-term strategy has not yet been defined and will directly influence the design of the implementation and delivery of a highly complicated cross-functional opportunity in ambiguous or new business areas. Characteristics of a successful candidate: Brings strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions. You are adept at influencing through data-driven business cases to drive decisions. You are flexible, adapting your approach to meet the needs of your customers, business, and stakeholders. You identify, prioritize, and tackle intrinsically hard problems, acquiring expertise as needed. You assess risk, drive clarity, and foster shared understanding by asking detailed questions about proposed solutions and/or strategies. You create the correct sense of urgency for delivery. You are able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential strategies clearly to leaders to help them understand the decisions they have to make and the available options.
