Job Description CONTRACT Gatwick,UK Responsibilities: Act as primary data modeler for the ADP project by developing data models, data mapping documentation, and data flows for data integrations, migration, and export to/from the ADP Present work in design review and code review sessions to multiple audiences, including but not limited to GAL senior management, the ADP project team, GAL IT, GAL business POCs, and the ADP vendor team Make, explain, and support decisions made and actions taken Collaborate and work with GAL business points-of-contact to understand and document the ADP data structure, metadata fields, libraries, etc., in the current (source) data environments Skills: 5+ years' experience as data manager/data engineer - professional level/compensation commensurate with experience (see rate card) 3+ years' experience in a significant IT technology architecture, data management role Consulting or business experience in aviation, engineering, or infrastructure-related field (preferred) Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in influencing across business and IT teams Demonstrated time management and project management skills Structured approach to formal data modeling and data migration methodologies Demonstrated creativity in identifying opportunities and finding solutions Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
