We are seeking to recruit a full-time, permanent Finance & Payroll Officer to work within our Finance Department, servicing both companies. We require an experienced individual who will be an integral part of our Finance/Payroll Team and can provide an efficient and dedicated support to our customers and suppliers. Job Description * Provide a full range of administrative support to a team of individuals within the Finance Department * Support a 'fast' paced division working to strict deadlines * Monitoring all Annual Leave requests and timesheets and payroll data, and prepare for processing * Processing Annual leave requests and timesheets and payroll data for payment on internal Management Information System * Respond to Annual Leave balance enquiries in a timely manner * Dealing with telephone queries from Temporary workers and Clients * Duties carried out in line with ISO 9002:2001 Qualifications * Previous experience in a busy, fast paced finance department * Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Previous experience in maintaining master data in a management information system Additional Information This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a high profile, long established and dynamic organisation who is passionate about providing a quality, reliable and outstanding service to all customers.
