The Crazy Bear Group is a privately owned and passionately run business with acclaimed hotels in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and a multi-award-winning restaurant/bar in London. We are recruiting at The Crazy Bear Group and require two professional and presentable trained traditional Thai Massage Therapists to join our friendly team working in one of our 3 sites.We provide a premium authentic Thai massage Spa experience to our clients . The Crazy Bear group is renowned for its prestigious hotels offering both quality and luxury to our clients . We are currently looking for passionate ,professional, reliable and confident massage therapists with specialist skills and relevant experience in Thai massage therapy .As a therapist you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding treatment service delivering to the Crazy Bear Group standards. You will be required to have knowledge of the following: * Knowledge of the following: Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, treatments with accredited and recognised experience of traditional Thai massage therapy. * Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management and co-workers. * Understanding and belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork. * You must be qualified to at least NVQ level 3 or similar and have a minimum of five years of experience in a reputable environment which meets with the Crazy Bear Group Company standards * You will have relevant experience and be able to manipulate and massage fascia with sound knowledge of the anatomical regions for the benefits of the patients well -being and to discover the cause of pain, relieve discomfort, restore function and mobility and to correct irregularities in body structure . * You will be familiar with the holistic approach in assessing the overall health of the patients, and treat them accordingly .You will be able to administer aromatic herbs , oils and massage to relieve pain and restore health. * The role includes live in accommodation which can be made available for the successful applicant. This is a full time position including weekend and evening shifts. The salary for this role will be 27,000 per annum. * Entry Requirements: The Crazy Bear Group is looking for individuals that understand what it takes to uphold a fantastic, first class reputation and preferably with proven success in a similar environment as well as the ability to learn and continue to develop other skills which will need to be demonstrated include: * Qualifications NQF3 level and above with min. 5 year industry experience * Previous experience as a therapist in a reputable environment * Excellent understanding of client care and five star treatment * Ability to work for and as part of a dedicated and passionate team * Good level of written and spoken English * Exceptional customer care skill * Ability to work under pressure * Excellent personal presentation * Confidence and professionalism when dealing with high profile clients Benefits: * Salary of 27,000.00 per annum * Live in accommodation if required * Pension scheme * Meals on duty Job Type: Full-time Required experience: * 5 years experience in reputable establishment * relevant qualifications Responsibilities: The Crazy Bear Group is a privately owned and passionately run business with acclaimed hotels in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and a multi-award-winning restaurant/bar in London.
