Description Working within our Commercial Strategy team we are looking for a talented Category Analyst (Ecommerce & Traditional Retail) Reporting to the Category Strategy Controller, the key purpose of the role is to Assist in the analysis of market, category and channel analysis utilizing market, consumer, shopper and customer data. Maintains the data integrity for ongoing data sources. Some of the responsibilities include: * Monitors and assesses sales and market data for both physical stores and ecommerce to produces reports which will assist analysis of all brands/category's products identifying market trends enabling commercial functions to form future strategy and demand forecasts to be accurate. * Maintains data integrity for market data for both traditional stores EPOS and ecommerce data in order that all commercial, demand planning and finance colleagues can use data with full confidence It is essential to have Strong analytical skills, particularly with strong attention to detail, especially with analysis, calculations and numbers. You should be experienced with Access , Excel database and utilisation of Bigdata approaches and techniques (or alternative) experienced to a high level. Desirable to have SAP experience We need someone who is extremely customer service orientated with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal and external customers.
