Sous Chef required for a traditional English pub serving all fresh food and great Yorkshire produce. Hourly pay at £9 per hour (around £27-28k a year). This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef. The role: We are looking for a Sous Chef who can support the Head Chef and run the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off. You will ensure the food is cooked to a good standard and train junior chefs in the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties. Experience: We are looking for a Sous Chef from a fresh food background who can cook traditional pub style dishes.This role would also be suitable for a Junior Sous Chef looking for more responsibility and a step up.
