OVERVIEW: The CRM (Salesforce) Support Analyst will oversee the day-to-day management of our entire Salesforce estate including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues. Hands on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, security, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows, and other 3rd party applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Day-to-day maintenance and configuration of Salesforce (sales, service and marketing cloud). * Support our delivery partners and eventually lead on the creation of E-mails and campaigns. * Manage and respond to business change and insight requests, prioritising and escalating accordingly. * Provide weekly updates based on Salesforce insight to the business and commercial team. * Continuously update and enhance salesforce dashboard. * Fully and continuously up-to-date on salesforce trends and product releases, advising the business of relevant updates and capability releases. * Work with the wider business to understand wider digital deliverables, being the key interface for all Salesforce related changes. * Be able to support multiple digital workstreams concurrently as a Salesforce business user. Requirements DESIRED EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 2 years experience working on sales and service cloud configuration. * Minimum of 1 years experience working on or with marketing cloud (creation and configuration of emails). * HTML development advantageous. * Experience in an automotive or retail sector is key, with start-up knowledge advantageous. * Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users. * High attention to detail & able to work in fast paced environment where prioritisation is key. * Understanding of agile methodology and relevant tools advantageous.
