OVERVIEW: The Digital Support Analyst provides support to the IT team to respond to business requests to manage our core CMS platform and build digital solutions/apps, that may be on our website, app platform or for internal use. The role will provide crucial assistance in providing the business with innovative and cost saving solutions as well as delivering solutions that will improve our customer experience and drive process efficiencies through our website, app platform and CRM solution. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for day-to-day management of our core website CMS platform, ensuring best practice is adhered to and business needs/requirements delivered. * Translation of business requirements into solution options and ultimately delivery of chosen solution (App/CRM/Website) meeting core requirements. * Support the CRM and Digital manager in overall change management and delivery programme, ensuring the delivery funnel is effectively managed and solutions delivered on time and budget. * Ensure system best practice is adhered to at all times, both by the user and the wider business e.g. configure not code, MVP, agile delivery, etc. Requirements DESIRED EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 2 years' experience in working with enterprise wide CMS solutions. * As a minimum, undergraduate degree in a relevant field of focus required. * Experience in working in a low code/development platform. * Ability to extrapolate core business requirements from users and understand business challenges. * Ability to work well in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Attention to detail and ability to quickly master complex requirements. * Experience in working a digital change delivery team. * Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload. * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long term professional relationships at all levels.
