Head of Card Programme Implementation About Railsbank Railsbank is the world's leading global open banking platform that gives customers "access to global financial services" with 5 lines of code. The role The Head of Card Programme Implementation will be responsible for ensuring we successfully implement new card programmes for customers, launching the customer's card product at speed, on time and with minimal issues. Card issuing, processing, programme management and Visa/Mastercard experience is essential for this position. You will be a senior member of the Railsbank Customer Success team that ensures we successfully onboard customers onto their Card Programmes. You will manage the Card Programme Implementation team who work on a portfolio of card programmes in our London and Singapore offices .. This role encompasses the following: * You will be the operational contact with our current (and future) third-party card partners, including Mastercard, Visa, a variety of processors and card manufacturers and lead implementation of new card programmes and BINs * You will work closely with the Cards Product Manager to give input on new features and customer feedback on enhancing Railsbank's card issuing product * You will collaborate with other members of the organisation to ensure that all changes to our live products and processes can be embedded in business-as-usual as efficiently and effectively as possible * You will work together with our product and engineering teams and help plan and deliver a wide range of card programme implementations from initiation to completion * You will understand and adapt to comply with the law, card scheme rules and relevant regulations * You will understand the operation of Railsbank card products and become an 'expert' for escalation of customers' issues About You * 3+ years experience within the customer facing implementation team of a card issuer, or card issuer / processor or card programme manager * A good understanding and knowledge of debit and credit card processing and mobile payment technologies (including tokenization) * You have had significant exposure to card payment related projects implemented under different regulatory requirements * Ideally you have experience implementing Apple Pay and/or Google Pay * Ideally you have experience in managing a team, or are excited to learn as your role develops * You have a bias towards action and getting things done, and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment, with varying priorities as situations change * You have outstanding communication and collaborative skills * You are organised and good at planning and prioritising a heavy workload * You are keen to work and develop your career within an exciting entrepreneurial fintech start-up Role location and hours: Unless agreed otherwise the role will be a full time role and during office hours you will be based in our London offices.
