Job Description
The Role We are recruiting within our Product Management team for a Digital Product Implementation Manager. You'll work within our Reward & Recognition department - the team responsible for building and managing our award-winning web-based employee recognition platforms. Core activities Pre-launch implementation Working with clients on the implementation of new portal implementations Capturing, understanding, scoping and documenting (sometimes complex) functional requirements Management of the IAT/UAT process, including testing, logging, resolution management Project managing A9and milestone tracking) the roll-out, working with: product management colleagues platform developers graphic designers customer support colleagues Post Launch support Providing day to day product support to clients Resolution of range of client/end-user queries regarding our online portals. (Queries can be about functionality, process, content, delivery, portal access... etc) Working with clients to improve the online portal user experience, processes, functionality, features and user interface for future releases Updating and maintaining platform text and visual content Plus: - Contributing to the development of department operational processes, occasional cross-client content/administrative/sourcing activities - Developing a deep understanding of our web-based product features and processes - Updating product feature specification documents (Word and Excel) You have: - significant experience in a digital (web) product management/implementation role, ideally within a technical SaaS delivery business. - solid and demonstrable experience defining and scoping digital functionality, user experience, and process flows - solid and demonstrable experience writing up complex requirements, user stories, tickets - exceptional attention to detail - initiative and are proactive; you spot problems, issues, roadblocks and take it upon yourself to solve them - proven ability to work accurately to deadlines and under pressure You are: - excellent at simplifying and explaining complex processes - excellent at grasping tech issues, so as to better discuss with Development Teams how the platform can be realistically developing, contributing to discussions about future platform functionality - a multi-tasker You love: - detail - problem solving - speaking to clients - taking ownership of projects, problems and decisions The Reward and Recognition team is compact and so you will be given a lot of responsibility early on.
