The principle responsibility of this role is to support the Product Development and Customer Support functions by working with colleagues to improve the Xexec platforms and resolve issues raised by the end-users. The tasks will include, but not be limited to: Working closely with clients and suppliers to gain a good understanding of their requirements and offerings, before producing resultant briefs. Supporting client requirements during platform implementations and updates. Analysing data to support decision making. Developing a deep understanding of their web-based product features and processes. Providing day-to-day product support to platform end-users and clients. Resolution of a range of client/end-user queries regarding our online portals (queries can be about functionality, process, content, delivery, portal access etc). Updating product feature specification documents (Word and Excel). Elements of project management and milestone tracking. You will likely possess: Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Degree-level education with experience analysing and reporting on data and research. Ability to convey complex topics and processes with simplicity, both verbally and in writing. Apply for this Job
