Actuarial Analyst We're hiring Aon are currently recruiting an Actuarial Analyst to join our GRS Analytics team in London. The Analyst will be primarily responsible for technical modelling and financial analysis for a range of international insurers and classes (Specifically Marine, Energy and other specialty lines). They will be responsible for both the technical delivery of work and the communication of findings with brokers and clients. About the Role Reinsurance pricing and analysis, through data collection and analysis, model build and testing, report writing, documentation and delivery: Preparing and delivering documentation. Presenting analysis and reinsurance advice to clients. Working collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and client stakeholders: Communicating in a collaborative and client focused manner. Demonstrating commitment to personal & team development e.g. data, model code management, etc. Identifying opportunities to work more efficiently and take on additional responsibility. Contributing to research and development work within Aon as the thought leader in financial risk management. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you As an Analyst your skills and qualifications will include: * Highly numerate graduate (minimum 2.1 degree) with experience in (re)insurance pricing, reserving or capital modelling. * Analytical skills - strong data analysis and manipulation. * Making good progress in CII or Actuarial qualification * Strong communicator - presenting complex ideas simply internally to external clients * Strong time management skills - managing several projects at the same time * Strong project management skills - structuring, building and administering project plans clearly and simply * Critical thinking - problem diagnosis and problem solving * Creative, innovative and logical thinking, and excellent attention to detail * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and Aon stakeholders Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
