This role will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and be responsible for the creation and execution of the EMEA sales strategy and plan. + Bachelor's degree + Proven success with EMEA channel sales + Entrepreneurial mindset + Proven sales leadership and management experience + Proven experience with complex enterprise software sales + Excellent verbal and communication skills + Ability to travel 50%+ and flexible working hours to accommodate international calls + Proven leadership skills with the ability to recruit, mentor, coach and develop employees + Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. + Recruit, build, train, manage and motivate a channel/direct sales team to manage sales in EMEA + Work with the team to recruit, build, train and manage channel partners in EMEA + Lead sales execution through the channel or direct sales team for optimal performance & results + Establish and maintain strong market leadership & presence + Strategize, develop and implement go to market plan exceeding performance targets across all key metrics ID: 2020-1868 External Company Name: NetBrain Technologies, Inc.
