About you * You are looking for a new role, a challenging position where the new controlled functions of the FCA, being CF10 & CF11 or Approved Persons are second nature to you * Your experience encompasses developing and maintaining a compliance program which includes a compliance and governance map * You enjoy and pay attention to UK regulation with regards to FCA principles, ICOBS, PERG, DISP & APER * You are experienced with regular reporting to the board, senior leadership team, risk committee and wider company * You are professional and proactive, building solid relationships, with the ability to deal with conflict and difficult issues in a calm manner * Day to day * Undertake regulated role of MLRO * Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business and it's activities to ensure adequate compliance oversight and resources * Provide awareness of current regulations and emerging regulatory developments and support consideration by the business if the implications of such regulations * Promote the observation of regulations, rules and standards relevant to the business and investigate potential breaches * Lead, support and provide direction to the compliance team, support overall development and training of individual team members You may also have the following: CF10, CF11, compliance, insurance, FCA, ICOBS, PERG, DISP, APER, regulations, MLRO This vacancy is being advertised by EasyWeb Agency, the services advertised by EasyWeb Agency are those of an employment agency.
